About

HWP Utils (hwputils.com) is a free utility site for opening and converting HWP / HWPX documents in the browser, without Hangul software.

Why this exists

HWP is the standard format for Korean schools, government offices and hiring, but on Mac, mobile and outside Korea it is hard to open or turn into a PDF. We are building tools that solve this with no install and no sign-up.

Principles

• No account required.
• Files processed on our servers are deleted automatically within one hour; file names and contents are never logged.
• Conversion quality has limits. If a result differs from the original, please tell us.

Disclaimer

HWP Utils is an independent service and is not affiliated with Hancom Inc. HWP, Hangul and Hancom are trademarks of Hancom Inc.
